This show gives the audience the opportunity to experience the thrilling/awful world of retail, but the catch is, they are the guide. Using colour coded cards, the audience will help one brave checkout chick through some of the world's most difficult encounters. Angry old ladies, screaming children and worst of all... bogans. The Customer is Always Right is a fully interactive pick-your-own adventure theatre show with literally hundreds of variations. All of the choices add up to determine how it all ends; happily, badly or REALLY badly.
